432 Hz- the frequency of the universe, the frequency that Mozart used for all his music.
But what are the impacts of modern artists using high frequencies in their music?
I think we can all agree that listening to music has transformative powers, it elevates our emotions, almost transporting us to another dimension. It’s no secret that music has the power to heal- as sound therapy via tools which create ‘high-vibrational’ sound waves, such as gongs or singing bowls have been utilised for centuries.
If you are interested in lowering blood pressure, relieving muscle tension or soothing stress and anxiety then I have some artists that should help. Or if you simply want to raise your vibrations and lift your energy levels, or need something to listen to whilst meditating, this music is a must.
First and Foremost:
Erykah Badu
Alongside her collection of Grammys, Erykah is also a certified healer. Telling vogue in 2018
‘’It’s not what I'm saying, it’s how I’m vibrating.’’
A quick scroll through her Instagram captures her passion for spirituality and crystals. This sense of spirituality and high-vibrational energy can be felt through her celestial beats. Her single ‘Didn’t Cha Know’ never fails to bring me solace, think drinking coffee in a luscious garden, hair and dress blowing in the breeze.
Jhene Aiko
Jhene is another angel who seeks to heal others through her music. She creates music for the soul, using crystal alchemy bowls in her latest album ‘Chilombo’. Her reason for this was that she
‘’Realized how much their vibrations and tones were helping me to heal personally’’.
Her single ‘P*$$y Fairy’ will indefinitely have you in tune with your divine femininity.
SZA
Her 2017 album ‘Ctrl’ is bound to lift you out of an energetic slump. Fringe Frequency stated that it was ‘alluring’ and comparable to ‘an open and explicit therapy session’.
Through her own healing, the high-vibrational tones used throughout SZA’s work also heals us as listeners.
Amongst these female healers, there is a plethora of modern artists who utilise the benefits of high-vibrational sounds. Some other honourable mentions are, H.E.R, Tame Impala, Harry Styles, Kali Uchis, WILLOW and Frank Ocean.
So the next time you are feeling down and in need of an energy-boost, or you wish to escape reality for a time… don’t hesitate to blast these artists through your speakers.
